You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
The Service
Rezzy.One provides a platform for:
- DJs, artists, and performers to create public profiles and showcase their work
- Event organisers to list and promote music events across the UK
- Brands and collectives to manage teams and curate event series
- Users to communicate via in-platform chat, receive invitations, and collaborate
We are a listing and networking platform. We do not sell tickets, process payments, or act as an agent for any event organiser, artist, or venue. Any arrangements made between users (including bookings, payments, or attendance) are solely between those parties.
Your Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (images, text, event listings, chat messages). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content as part of the Service.
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes on third-party rights
- Impersonate another person, artist, or organisation

- Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our written permission
- Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the Service
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
Event Listings
Event organisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event information, including dates, times, locations, ticket prices, and age restrictions. We do not verify event details and accept no liability for inaccurate or misleading listings.
All event listings must comply with UK law, including licensing requirements and health and safety regulations.
