This week we welcome the incredible duo of DJ Don Amaechi and Sookers on live percussion. Don Amaechi's unique style of deep soulful house, led to slots at The Artesian Well, Cafe de Paris, Circle Bar (Manchester) Lost Society, Ministry of Sound, Soho House (180 Strand) and now Rocksalt Vibrations! Don’s exploration of multiple genres is second to none, as he amplifies his vision to reach more fans via live performances with ventures like his recent collaboration with Shoreditch duo Love Hertz. Sookers played bongos around the London club scene in the early 90’s before moving to Brazil where he honed his skills playing along to House and Latin DJ’s in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. Now living in Kent, Sookers has been bringing his percussion energy to the South East club scene as well as the legendary Café Del Mar in Ibiza. This duo have a proven track record for moving dance-floors with incredible energy. Not to be missed.
